In vivo siLRP2 is effective at reducing LRP2 gene expression in mouse liver. (a) In mouse liver, siLRP2 prepared in the carrier molecule Invivofectamine (IVFM) had lower measured LRP2 expression than control mice or those receiving siLRP2 in PBS ( = 5 control, = 6 PBS carrier at 3 h, = 5 IVFM carrier at 3 h, = 3 of IVFM, and PBS at 6 h). (b) Mice receiving siLRP2 by internal jugular (IJ) or tail vein (TV) injection both achieved reduced LRP2 expression in liver. as compared to the control (Ctrl).
