Invivofectamine does not improve renal efficacy of siLRP2. As compared to siLRP2 prepared in PBS, preparing siLRP2 in Invivofectamine did not significantly enhance mRNA knockdown ( = 3 to 4 per group). Due to the small number of mice used, no statistical difference was observed as compared to control mice.
