Dynamics of an Earthquake under Magma Thrust Strength

Spring-block model of earthquakes under consideration. Forces that intervene in this system are, respectively, the strength due to the magma upflow, the elastic force due to the contraction or dilatation of the spring of stiffness  , the external force due to the motion of the driving plate, and the frictional force that deals with the asperities between the lips.
