Time schedule. Subjects sat in a chair from 23:30 h to 1:00 h in the sitting condition. In the standing condition, they remained seated from 23:30 h to 0:30 h and then stood on the floor from 0:30 h to 1:00 h. The experiment was conducted under a dim light condition (<10 lx).
