Data-driven IPF-based repeated-feedback adjustment strategy.
Step I: obtain from smart meters. Solve and according to (7) and (8). Compute according to (9). Input ,  let , , , , and . Input parameters .
Step II: compute according to (10). If (14) is not satisfied, , go to Step III. Else, go to Step IV.
Step III: compute and from (22) and (24), respectively. Compute and . Iterate τ with τ+1  and go to Step II.
Step IV: compute according to Theorem 1; then, return to Step III.
