DNA Based Identification and Phylogenetic Characterisation of Endophytic and Saprobic Fungi from <i>Antidesma madagascariense</i>, a Medicinal Plant in Mauritius

<table>Phylogenetic relationships of recovered endophytes and saprobes with selected anamorphs and teleomorphs of Hypocreaceae genera based on ITS rDNA sequences. The phylogram represents a maximum likelihood tree based on analyses of 43 taxa under the HKY model. The tree was rooted with <i>Cordyceps confragosa</i> as outgroup. Bootstrap values higher than or equal to 50% (1000 replicates) are shown at each branches.</table>
