Noncovalent binding of TFOs to duplex target. Varying concentrations of (a) TFO DNA-C2, (b) TFO RNA-C2, and (c) TFO RNA-C6 were incubated with 5 nM target DNA duplex overnight before polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis under nondenaturing conditions. Gel bands were quantified and the data was fit with a two-state binding model.
