Conformations of (a) active sites of photolyase and (b) FMN binding sites of Clostridium beijerinckii flavodoxin. The CPD structure was extracted from the PDB entry 1SNH and coupled with E. coli DNA photolyase structure 1DNP according to the CPD like lesion-photolyase complex structure 1TEZ. The FMN binding sites of flavodoxin were extracted form the PDB entry 5ULL. This figure was prepared with PyMOL (http://www.pymol.org/).
