Kinetics of fluorescence activation of the strand-displacement probes by iNOS-DNA. Fluorescence emission at 525 nm of the iNOS probe (0.2 𝜇M FAM-iNOS-PNA annealed to 0.4 𝜇M iNOS-DNA-DABCYL) or the pLuc probe (0.2 𝜇M FAM-pLuc-PNA annealed to 0.4 𝜇M pLuc-DNA-DABCYL) in the presence of the indicated amount of iNOS-DNA.
