Change in molar ellipticity (290 nm) of the electronic circular dichroism (ECD) spectra over the pH range of 5.0 to 8.1. ECD data was used to determine using singular value decomposition (SVD) analysis of pH-dependent folding curves for each 5-hmC modified sample and compared to wild-type control. The Hill coefficient is the fitting parameter that characterizes the cooperativity of folding.
