The statistical comparison of data was done using unpaired 𝑡-test by GraphPad Prism software (version 5.0, 2007), and significance was calculated at 𝑃 value of 0.05. *Significant difference was observed between SLN formulation (F3) versus suspension (F7) in terms of 𝐶_max, AUC, and 𝑡_1/2. No significant difference was observed in terms of 𝑡_max and MRT.
