The isolate was grown in acetate medium supplemented with hydroxybutyrate and valerate as cosubstrate under microaerophilic condition for 12 days at a light intensity of 10,000 lux, total PHA content was estimated according to the method of Ulmer et al. (1994) [18], and growth was determined by biomass dry weight.
