<table>PTP1B, PTP-PEST, and SHP2 are expressed in cultured mouse podocytes. Immortalized mouse podocytes were either un-differentiated or differentiated for 1-2 wks and cell lysates were analyzed by immunoblotting to confirm the expression of the three PTP.</table>
