A Novel Interaction between Pyk2 and MAP4K4 Is Integrated with Glioma Cell Migration

MAP4K4(143) interacts specifically with the Pyk2 FERM domain. Each strain contained MAP4K4(143) as prey and the indicated bait chimera. The bait-prey interaction was measured by dividing the -galactosidase reporter activity (measured in relative light units, RLU) by the cell density (optical density, OD). This measure of specific -galactosidase activity was normalized to the signal of the interaction of MAP4K4(143) with the Pyk2 FERM domain. Each bar is the average of two to four independent experiments. Error bars indicate the standard deviation.
