Inhibitory Effects of the Ruthenium Complex KP1019 in Models of Mammary Cancer Cell Migration and Invasion
Effect of KP418 and KP1019 on resistance to detachment. MDA-MB-231, MCF-7, and HBL-100 cells seeded on 96-well plastic plates previously coated with poly-L-lysine, fibronectin and collagen IV, exposed for 1 hour to KP418 and KP1019 M and then to a diluted trypsin solution for 30 minutes, before detecting cells still attached to the growth substrate by the SRB test. Arbitrary units are calculated from the mean S.D. of two experiments, each performed in quadruplicate. , ; , ; , versus controls, ANOVA, and Tukey-Kramer post test.
