Nucleotide and deduced amino acid sequences of mouse TPM1κ. Nucleotide sequence exon 2a is underlined and italicized. The generic primer pair that amplifies both TPM1α and TPM1κ is underlined. Two nucleotides in TPM1κ in exons 1a and 4 were found to be different from the published sequence. TPM1α sequence is made bold and underlined. These changes do not alter the amino acid sequences. Deduced protein/amino acid sequences are on the top of the nucleotide sequences. Symbol of each amino acid residue is placed on the top of the third nucleotide of each codon. Amino acid residues in exon 2a that are different form human TPM1κ are underlined with double lines.
