VGT-309 labels esophageal cancer cell lines in a cathepsin activity-dependent manner. (a). Fluorescence microscopy of OE19 (human esophageal adenocarcinoma) cells at 100× magnification 1 hour after treatment with 1 μM VGT-309. Cells were costained with DAPI and LysoTracker.
