Biodistribution of VGT-309 in mice. (a). Mice bearing OE19 flank allografts were administered 2 mg/kg VGT-309 and imaged using the Iridium NIR imaging system. (b). Twenty-four hours after delivery of VGT-309 at 2 mg/kg, mice were euthanized to determine drug biodistribution. Fluorescence of organs and tumors were obtained using the Pearl Trilogy Imaging System.
