Confocal images of THP-1 cells treated QR-si510 siRNA nanoplexes: THP-1 cells were treated with QR-si510 siRNA nanoplexes for 12, 48, 96 hr, and up to 1 week and uptake of the nanoplexes was observed using confocal microscopy.
