Axitinib Has Antiangiogenic and Antitumorigenic Activity in Myxoid Liposarcoma

The effect of various drugs on myxoid liposarcoma cell proliferation. MLS 402 and MLS 1765 cells were treated with 10 μM drug (10 mg/mL bevacizumab) for 5 days. Following MTS dye uptake assay, cell viability was determined. Various agents inhibited the proliferation of MLS 402 (a) and MLS 1765 (b). Tests were performed on three technical replicates. The data are presented as the mean ± SEM and are expressed as the percentage inhibition compared with vehicle-treated cells.
