Implant-based breast reconstruction after skin-sparing mastectomy. A patient with bilateral breast cancer underwent bilateral skin-sparing mastectomy followed by bilateral reduction mammoplasty. Megaderm (L&C BIO Inc., Seoul, Korea) (20 × 20 cm, 1.5–2 mm thick) was covered on a prepectoral plane-breast silicone implant using the anterior coverage technique. (a) Preoperative image.
