LncRNA FAM225B Regulates PDIA4-Mediated Ovarian Cancer Cell Invasion and Migration via Modulating Transcription Factor DDX17

<div>Low expression levels of lncRNA FAM225B and PDIA4 are found in ovarian cancer. RT-qPCR (a) and Western blot assay (b) were carried out to detect the expression levels of lncRNA FAM225B and PDIA4 in the collected serum of ovarian cancer patients and healthy controls.
