Elliptically Bent X-Ray Mirrors with Active Temperature Stabilization

Characteristic functions of the test mirror benders measured with the DLTP: for the left-hand-side (upstream) bender ($f_A$) and for the right-hand-side (downstream) bender ($f_B$). Springs driven by Picomotors control the bending forces applied to the mirror. For convenience and linearity, we measure the Picomotor travel (in $\mu$m) directly, using an LVDT for feedback. Thus, the unit here is slope/$\mu$m of Picomotor travel.
