SNPs are circled in purple; reference positions are indicated under each SNP. For all samples presenting 214G>C SNP in homo- or heterozygous status in MALDI-TOF MS analysis, it was confirmed the presence of all SNPs correlated to gene conversion in Intron 1 by sequencing analysis.
