Effect of temperature on biomass and inhibition zone (mm). The inhibitory activity of the culture filtrate was maximum at 28°C whereas there was further reduction at 30–32°C. During the temperature dependent incubation, biomass was constantly increased up to 28°C followed by a decline as the temperature increases.
