Canine Oral Eosinophilic Granuloma Treated with Electrochemotherapy

Histopathology samples stained with hematoxylin and eosin revealed a chronic eosinophilic granuloma consisting of densely eosinophilic material representing remnants of fragmented collagen bundles and degenerate eosinophils which have released their granules to the interstitium. At the periphery of the granuloma, mainly differentiated fibrovascular tissue can be seen with some eosinophilic granulocytes intermingled with small numbers of lymphocytes, macrophages, plasma cells, and neutrophils (scale bars = 100 μm).
