<div>Variation in the lateral resolution of the implemented SD-OCT. Within the radius of 2 mm, the FWHM resolution stays below 7.1 <i>μ</i>m. The maximum diffraction limited field of view for this objective is ~4.7 mm in diameter. When approaching this limit, the FWHM increases to ~8 <i>μ</i>m. The error bars mark the standard deviations.
