DNA Ligase IV Prevents Replication Fork Stalling and Promotes Cellular Proliferation in Triple Negative Breast Cancer

<div><b>Lig4 depletion alone increased persistence of DNA double strand breaks. </b>BT549 cells were transfected with siRNA targeting Lig4 or scrambled control (NT) followed by immunostaining for <i>γ</i>H2AX foci. <i>γ</i>H2AX foci were quantified using ImageJ software with DAPI stained area defined as region of interest per image and scored.
