Combination of AFM with fluorescent microscopy: (a) MCF-7 breast cancer cells imaged with fluorescent microscopy (the blue color corresponds to DAPI staining that stains the cell nucleus and the green color represents antivasodilator-stimulated phosphoprotein (VASP) antibody.
