Attachment, Growth, and Detachment of Human Mesenchymal Stem Cells in a Chemically Defined Medium

Immunofluorescence staining of the cytoskeleton and the cell surface integrin in hMSC-TERT cells and primary adipose-derived hMSCs (ad-hMSCs). The cells were grown on different coatings either in serum-containing medium (SCM) or in chemically defined medium (CDM). After fixation, immunofluorescence staining was carried out showing F-actin in red, integrin in green, and nuclei in blue.
