The difference between the two models at z < 0.04 is created by the assumption of an initial average expansion velocity of galaxies (), which could qualitatively explain the 4.4σ Hubble tension [25, 26]. Note that the central density ρ0 is quantitatively comparable to the dark energy density of the ΛCDM model (ρΛ≈6 × 10−30 g/cm3 [5]).
