Nonlinear Dynamics in Applied Sciences Systems: Advances and Perspectives

Description

Nonlinear dynamics appear in many systems of the applied sciences such as physical, life, and social systems. This special issue is concerned with all nonlinear dynamics phenomena occurring in engineering, biology, vehicular traffic, crowds, swarms, financial, and economic systems. We aim to provide a platform for the discussion of the major research challenges and achievements on these systems. Theoretical as well as numerical results are welcome. Potential topics include, but are not limited to:

  • Chaos and bifurcations analysis
  • Time-delay systems
  • Geometric dynamics
  • Stability analysis
  • Computational methods
  • Applications in real-world problems

Note: the most recent impact factor for Abstract and Applied Analysis is 1.318 according to 2011 Journal Citation Reports released by Thomson Reuters (ISI) in 2012 (http://www.hindawi.com/journals/aaa/).

Before submission authors should carefully read over the journal’s Author Guidelines, which are located at http://www.hindawi.com/journals/aaa/guidelines/.
