In the article titled “Vibroacoustic Analysis of a Refrigerator Freezer Cabinet Coupled with an Air Duct” [1], the authors did not acknowledge or cite an earlier presentation work published in January 2013 [2]. The editorial board are in agreement that this should have been cited and discussed as it appears to be the basis of this article.
The author of [2], Dr. Deniz Deveci, has requested to be included in the author list of this article due to their contribution; however, the current authors are not in agreement. We have contacted Istanbul Technical University to investigate the disagreement in the final author list; however, we did not receive a response.
