The DC-conductivity is shown for the n-type (or p-type) extrinsic semiconductor where the energy gap 𝐸_𝑔=0.33eV, the hopping energy for the HOMO (or LUMO) band 𝑡=0.2eV, and the activation energy for the polaron hopping of (a) 𝐸_𝑎=0.001t, (b) 𝐸_𝑎=0.03t, and (c) 𝐸_𝑎=0.05t are taken, respectively. 𝑁_𝑐=𝑃_𝑣=10⁸ and 𝑛=𝑁_𝐷−𝑁_𝐴=10³ are assumed.
