Research Progress on Ni-Based Antiperovskite Compounds

The lattice constant a, superconducting transition temperature , low critical field , up critical field , coherence length (0), penetration depth (0), Ginzgurg-Landau parameter (0), electronic specific heat coefficient (Sommerfeld constant) , Debye temperature , coupling ratio 2 / , and the density of state at the Fermi level , N( ), for the Ni-based antiperovskite superconductors. The parameters are mainly from [41]. The parameters under the “/” are for MgCNi3 single crystal from [1720]. The values of N( ) are from theoretical calculations reported in [4, 28, 42].
