(112) Surface of CuInSe₂ Thin Films with Doped Cd Atoms

One defect Cd_Cu is located at three different sites along the direction , respectively, in the structure including 7 atomic layers and 56 atoms. The red, gray, and yellow balls represent Cu, In, and Se atoms, respectively.
