Hepatic markers and their transcription factor mRNA expression by RT-PCR. The RNA was isolated from LDSCs and the mRNA expressions were compared with neonatal liver (NL) and adult liver (AL) for albumin, transthyretin, AAT, AFP, CK8, CK18, CK19, p450 (Cyp)3a11, PXMP1-L HNF-1α, HNF-1β, HNF-3α, HNF-3β, HNF-4α, HNF-6, GATA-4, C/EBP-α, and C/EBP-β. LDSCs show the mRNA expression for HNF-3β, CK18, PXMP1-L, C/EBP-α, C/EBP-β GATA-4, CK18, p450 (Cyp)3a11, and HNF-6, negative for hepatic markers.
