The effect of FAM172A-1 recombinant protein on cell proliferation in HepG2 cells. After being serum-starved for 24 h, HepG2 cells were treated with the indicated concentration of FAM172A-1 recombinant protein for 24 h. Cell proliferation was measured by MTT assay for four independent experiments. Comparing with the control group, the 10-100 ng/mL (B–H) groups were significantly different ().
