PKM2 is required for breast cancer cell migration and invasion. Cell migration (a) and invasion (b) of MDA-MB-231 cells after PKM2 knockdown was determined by transwell assay. Cell migration (c) and invasion (d) of MCF-7 cells after PKM2 knockdown was determined by transwell assay.
