Anlotinib Suppresses Oral Squamous Cell Carcinoma Growth and Metastasis by Targeting the RAS Protein to Inhibit the PI3K/Akt Signalling Pathway

Anlotinib induced apoptosis in HSC-3 cells. After HSC-3 cells were treated with different concentrations (0, 1, 2, and 4 μM/L) of anlotinib for 72 h, apoptosis was detected by Hoechst 33258 staining, which showed that apoptotic cells gradually increased from low to high drug concentrations.
