LMP1 strengthens DDP resistance in the SNK-6 and KHYG-1 cells. EBV-LMP1 shRNA was transfected into the SNK-6 cells, and lentivirus overexpression vector containing EBV-LMP1 was used to infect the KHYG-1 cells.
