The Synergistic Effect of TRPV1 on Oxidative Stress-Induced Autophagy and Apoptosis in Microglia

<div>TRPV1 accompanied with Atg5-mediated autophagy in oxidative stress-induced microglia. The ROS level was measured in OGD/R microglia, and an autophagy-related protein of siRNA-Atg5 (siAtg5) along with negative (NC) siRNA-transfected cells, TRPV1 agonist Cap, and TRPV1 inhibitor iRTX was involved.
