Inhibitory Effect of the LY2109761 on the Development of Human Keloid Fibroblasts

<div>LY2109761 inhibits the expression of keloid-derived fibroblast-related factors in vitro. (a) Relative mRNA expression levels of transforming growth factor (TGF)-<i>β</i>1, collagens I and III, fibronectin, and matrix metalloprotease- (MMP-) 1, and MMP-3 as determined by qRT-PCR.
