Inhibition of miR-182-5p Targets FGF9 to Alleviate Osteoarthritis

<div>Inhibition of miR-182-5p alleviated the process of OA in rats. RT-qPCR was conducted to validate the gene expression of (a) miR-182-5p and (b) FGF9. (c) The protein expression of FGF9. (d) HE showed the structure of cartilage tissues. (e) Proteoglycans in cartilage tissue were exposed by S–O staining. (f) IHC was adopted to capture the expression of Ki67. (g) The rate of apoptosis was measured by TUNEL. (h) The expression of inflammatory factors (TNF-<i>α</i>, IL-6, and IL-8) was evaluated by ELISA. Magnification = 400.
