A schematic illustration of the bacterial diversity within the Bacillus genus found in the northern mountain-valley serozem soil samples collected from sites cultivated with dwarf pear trees. The phylogenetic trees are based on the 16S rRNA sequences and were drawn using the neighbor-joining method. They show the relationship among the isolates and similar other sequences deposited in the NCBI GenBank.
