MINOS allowed regions for the CP violating phase and , obtained using the full data set of both neutrinos and antineutrinos. The top (bottom) plot assumes the normal (inverted) mass hierarchy. All values of the CP violating phase are consistent with the data and so the best fit parameters are shown by the black line. The blue (red) band shows the regions allowed at 68% (90%) confidence level. The hypothesis is disfavored at the 96% confidence level. These results were preliminary at the time of writing [45].
