The total signal cross-sections (𝑝𝑝→𝑋+𝛾𝛾+𝑌) in diphoton channel (𝜎_𝑙𝑙) as a function of LHC CM energy. In (a), we plot 𝜎_𝑙𝑙 for Δ𝜂= 1.5, 2.0, 2.5, and 3.0 for 𝑛=2 and 𝑀_𝑆=2 TeV. In (b), we plot 𝜎_𝑙𝑙 for 𝑛= 2–7 for 𝑀_𝑆=2 TeV and Δ𝜂=2. In both plots, 𝜎_𝑙𝑙's are computed after applying the cut defined in (17).
