Transverse Momentum and Pseudorapidity Distributions of Charged Particles and Spatial Shapes of Interacting Events in Pb-Pb Collisions at 2.76 TeV

Extracted event shapes (dispersion plots) of 1000 charged particles at the stage of freeze-out in the momentum space 𝑝_𝑥−𝑝_𝑧 (or 𝑝_𝑦−𝑝_𝑧) in Pb-Pb collisions at √𝑠_𝑁𝑁=2.76 TeV in the centrality intervals (a) 0–5%, (b) 5–10%, (c) 10–20%, and (d) 20–30%. The closed circles, open circles, open squares, and closed squares represent orderly the contributions of leading target nucleons, target cylinder, projectile cylinder, and leading projectile nucleons from low to high in the longitudinal rapidity space.
