Allowed parameter region for the portal dark matter scenario. The solid (black) line shows the lower bound on as a function of to satisfy the cosmological upper bound on the dark matter relic abundance. The dashed line (in red) shows the upper bound on as a function of from the search results for boson resonance by the ATLAS collaboration [68]. The LEP bound is depicted as the dotted line. Combining these bounds, the allowed parameter region is depicted as the (green) shaded region. We also show a theoretical upper bound on (dashed-dotted) to avoid the Landau pole of the running gauge coupling below the Planck mass .
