	Input: hyperparameter α, vector β.
	Output: get the recommended topic distribution, which is represented by here. The recommended item j has the following characteristics.
(i)	First obtain the corresponding topic distribution.
(ii)	For each word in the recommended item, it must obey the distribution of the corresponding polynomial.
